Eligibility

The ON LIFT GIVEAWAY 2026 (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) continental United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of 5th Wheel Records Inc and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by 5th Wheel Records Inc, located at 262 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, Tennessee 37760.

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes using any of the following methods:

How to Enter

Online: To enter participants must accurately complete the online form with all required fields. All entries must meet the official sweepstakes requirements to be considered eligible. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of 5th Wheel Records Inc.

Limit one (1) per household throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Entries received in excess of this limit will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Drawing

On or about September 10, 2026, the Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email by September 30, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first attempt, the Sponsor may select an alternate winners.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email, mail, or phone. The selected winner (or legal guardian if the winner is a minor) must replay and confirm they accept the prize within five (5) days of notification. Failure to do so, or if the notice is returned as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held. Prizes will be fulfilled in coordination with Patriot Lift.

General Conditions

If the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way or cannot operate as planned due to fraud, technical issues, or other causes, the Sponsor may suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, select a winner from the non-suspect entries received. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and related entities from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of the prize, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized human intervention

Mechanical or typographical errors

Application issues

Injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use
 

Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, and agree that liability will be limited to entry costs.

Disputes

All disputes must be resolved individually in a court located in Tennessee. These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles.
